    About Get Up & Go!®

    Your Get Up & Go!® certificate offers a 3-day, 2-night getaway at one of 28 popular destinations within the U.S., including Hawaii and St. Thomas. It's simple, flexible and straightforward.

    A $50 refundable deposit* and room taxes ($1-$17) are required. Your refundable deposit is due at the time you confirm your travel date and destination. The deposit is refunded to you in the same format in which it was paid. If you paid by credit card your deposit will be refunded back to your credit card within 30 days after you have traveled. When you arrive at the destination hotel, you will be required to give an imprint of your credit card for incidentals.
    *California residents are not required to pay any type of fee or refundable deposit.

    Upon reservation confirmation or arrival at your destination, you may be invited to attend a 90-120 minute information presentation, however it IS NOT mandatory, nor will you be solicited. Please note that if you choose to attend the presentation, you may be subject to additional solicitation, and you will receive additional accommodations or exciting rewards as a token of appreciation for your time. Whether you agree to participate in the presentation or not, you will be required to complete basic demographic information before you receive your hotel vouchers.

    Step 1: How do you activate your Get Up & Go!® certificate?
    -- Activate your certificate within 45 days of the Issue Date --

    You have a choice of 3 easy options:
    1. Via the Web:
    Log on to www.gowithfairfield.com to activate your certificate and request travel dates. You will be asked to enter your Certificate Number. It is located on the inside cover of your packet, top right in the red box. It is also located in the back of the packet on the actual certificate that says "Step ONE", top right in the red box. If possible, this is your best option. Once you register, you can use the site at your leisure for your travel date request. You cannot activate your certificate by phone.

    2. By US Mail: Complete the enclosed form, separate at perforation, and drop it in the mail. It is postage prepaid.

    3. By Fax: Complete the enclosed form, tape it on an 8½" x 11" sheet of paper and fax to Fax

    Step 2: How do you request your destination & travel dates?

    Now, you have 4 simple options:
    1. Via the Web:
    Log on to www.gowithfairfield.com, you will have registered and have a password from your Activation phase. This will allow you to choose your destination and request your desired travel dates. Note: You may have done this in Step 1 when you Activated your certificate if you already knew when you wanted to travel.

    2. By Phone: Call the Reservations department at 1-800-830-1794, have your Certificate number, destination choice, and travel dates ready.

    3. By US Mail:
    Complete the enclosed form labeled Step TWO "Request", separate at perforation, enclose your $50 refundable deposit (unless you are a CA resident) and drop it in the mail. It will require postage.

    4. By Fax: Complete the enclosed form, tape it on an 8½" x 11" sheet of paper and fax to: Fax

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Q: Where will you be staying?
    A: Your Get Up & Go!® certificate offers accommodations at contracted destination area hotels that have been rated 3 stars by Mobil or 3 diamonds by AAA (or higher). When you call to request your dates of travel – a travel professional will discuss what hotels are available for the dates requested to your desired destination. If there is a preference, please advise the travel professional and they will do their best to honor the request. The properties are not Fairfield Resort properties.

    Q: Will you receive a confirmation?
    A: Once you have activated your vacation certificate, a written confirmation will be mailed to you within 3 business days. Then, once the travel dates have been requested and confirmed, a written itinerary will be mailed out within 3 business days. Please allow for mail time.

    Q: Can you cancel your reservation?
    A: You can cancel your reservation, but written notice of cancellation or changes to an active reservation must be received at least 8 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 8 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of your certificate and deposit.

    Q: Does your certificate cover all your travel expenses?
    A: The certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, room taxes, meals and other miscellaneous expenses. Your certificate is non-transferable.

    Q: Does the certificate expire?
    A: Remember, you have up to twelve months from the activation date or February 28, 2008, whichever comes first, to use the getaway.

    Q: Are there any Usage Limitations?
    A: You must be 21 years of age. You may not use this Certificate in conjunction with any other promotional program by Fairfield Resorts unless authorized in writing. This Certificate is non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient. Only one Certificate per household per year may be used. Reservations are based on availability. This Certificate is not intended for conventions or group travel.
